Until when can I change or cancel my reservation? Also, are there cancellation fees?

To reschedule, please change the date and time by 23:59, 8 days prior to the reserved date, from the Customer Panel Access Link in the e-mail of Appointment Approved.
You cannot change after 7 days beforeCancellations must be made by 23:59, 8 days prior to the reservation date, using the Customer Panel Access Link in the e-mail of Appointment Approved.
Cancellation fees will be charged for the treatment fee at the time of reservation as follows, we appreciate your understanding.• If cancelled within 7 days, 100% of the fee will be applied.
