To reschedule, please change the date and time by 23:59, 8 days prior to the reserved date, from the Customer Panel Access Link in the e-mail of Appointment Approved.
You cannot change after 7 days before.
Cancellations must be made by 23:59, 8 days prior to the reservation date, using the Customer Panel Access Link in the e-mail of Appointment Approved.
Cancellation fees will be applied as follows based on the treatment cost at the time of booking. We appreciate your understanding.
- 7 days before to the day of appontment: 100% of the fee

キャンセル料金につきましては、以下通りご予約時の施術料金に対してキャンセル料金がかかります。ご容赦ください。
